Shipping and Handling
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that holidays and weekends are excluded and processing will proceed the following business day. Once your order has been processed, tracking confirmation will be sent to your email address used during order placement. After your order has shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery via USPS.
To ensure that your package is delivered to the correct address, please review your information for accuracy before placing order.
The Vault Co. is not responsible for orders lost in the mail, shipped to an incorrectly address, delayed packages, unclaimed or refused packages. You may track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. If there are any issues with the delivery of your package, please contact the shipping courier listed in the order’s confirmation to be assisted further with the delivery details and location of your package.
