1. Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, cancellation is prohibited.
Please carefully review your order and all products before submitting your order. We are not able to cancel, refund, make changes, nor exchange.
2. Why was my order canceled?
Your order will automatically cancel due to any address discrepancies. Shipping and billing address must match and register to the provided debit or credit card used to place your order.
3. How long is shipping?
Shipping takes 3-5 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Once your order ship, tracking confirmation will be sent to your email address used on your order placement. Please allow 24 hours for updates via USPS website for tracking and movement purposes.
4. My package says delivered but I haven’t received it?
Once your order has been shipped, it is now in the possession of USPS corporation. Please contact your carrier for further details. In additional to contacting USPS, please email us at shopthevault.co for further assistant.
We are not responsible for packages once the carrier receive them.
5. What do I do if my package is returned back to sender?
If your package is returned back to us after an attempt of delivery, we can send the package back to you but you are responsible for covering the shipping fee.
